Hume Bank enhances digital offering with launch of online ID verification tool WebVOI.

A new, smarter way to verify your identity.

To follow on from implementation of DocuSign in May, Hume Bank customers can now verify their identity and have an end-to-end digital application experience through the integration of online ID verification tool WebVOI.

WebVOI is a remote video solution used for verification of identity. It allows individuals to verify their identity anywhere at any time and keep their personal documents secure. WebVOI features four layers of identity verification smarts which all work together to reduce identity fraud.

Hume Bank Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Capello reiterated that Hume Bank’s commitment to innovation and meeting the changing needs of our customers is paramount. Not only for the current environment but for the future. 

“Partnering with a platform like WebVOI highlights the banks approach to improving the customer experience at every touch point and we look forward to bringing this technology to market,” Mr Capello said.
