Hume Bank announces its new local contact centre to compliment its branch and online network.
The contact centre is based at Hume’s 492 Olive Street branch. Customer enquiries will be handled locally over the phone, online and through social media.
The contact centre team will bring relevant knowledge and experience of Hume’s products and services to assist customers in a timely and efficient way. Customers will be familiar with local Hume staff and should expect great service.
