Today marks another step forward for Hume Bank by offering more choice in how customer want to engage with us for home lending products and services.

We’re proud to announce we have officially partnered with national mortgage brokers MoneyQuest, ensuring that customers will have access to a range of Hume Bank home loan products nationally, no matter where they choose to live. The partnership will add over 100 MoneyQuest brokers to Hume Bank’s existing panel of 40 accredited brokers.

MoneyQuest are industry leaders in Mortgage Brokering and financial services, with mortgage brokers throughout Australia, they can match Hume Bank customers with local experts within their area anytime they need.

Hume Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Capello said, “Hume Bank first established a broking channel in 2014 and now partnering with one of Australia’s best known brokerages, MoneyQuest, adds an important piece to our home lending strategy.

“The partnership provides Hume Bank with another major ‘shopfront’ to broaden the distribution of our home loans nationally while giving MoneyQuest customers greater choice and a more competitive home loan offering,” he said.

According to MoneyQuest Managing Director, Michael Russell, Hume Bank’s home loan products offer customers genuine savings and flexibility, which makes for “a great alignment” with what MoneyQuest provides. “We are excited to be working with Hume Bank as they have a great purpose-led brand set on helping everyday customers for their life journeys,” he added.

This move solidifies Hume Bank’s commitment to the broker channel having recently partnered with industry leader, Simpology to provide ‘Loanapp’ - an electronic lodgement tool for mortgage applications. LoanApp allows the team at Hume Bank to make real-time changes to applications, products and policy to ensure Brokers can provide the best possible service and Hume Bank product to their customers.

The investment in LoanApp underpins Hume Bank’s commitment to innovation and continued investment into the Mortgage Broker channel.
