Hume’s website has won the “Award of Excellence” for general banking, “Award of Distinction” for user interface and the “Award of Distinction” for user experience in the 23rd Annual Communicator Awards.
The website, launched in August 2016, was judged alongside 6,000 other entries including the best in advertising, corporate communications, public relations and identity work for print, video, interactive and audio.
“Winning these awards reinforces our commitment to our customers and how they are banking. We continue to listen to our customers to ensure we remain relevant and meet their expectations” shared David Marshall, Chief Executive Officer - Hume Bank.
Alongside its online credit card, personal and home loan applications, Hume has also launched a new responsive iBank which was shaped by 1,300 customers.
Next week Hume’s new App will hit app stores featuring a modern interface, card management capabilities and fingerprint recognition. Customers can also personalise their accounts and savings goals with their own photos.
“Our new App brings together the best of Hume’s face-to-face service and digital capabilities which means customers can interact with us how and when they want in a seamless fashion” said Mr Marshall.
