A notice to all Hume Bank customers regarding the recent issue with incoming credits and debits.
We can now report that all of Monday's delayed transactions appear to have been processed to Hume accounts. We ask that any customers who believe they are still missing payments get in touch with us either via private message or at 1300 004 863.
We again wish to extend our deepest apologies to those of you impacted, and we understand that this was beyond inconvenient. Together with the other banks impacted, we'll continue to work with the provider at the centre of this issue to understand exactly what went wrong.
