Hume Bank is excited to announce that our lenders are back in branches for the first time since the global pandemic forced them out in March 2020.
The initial decision to remove branch lenders was made in order to keep our community and staff members safe from potential Coronavirus concerns. It has been a long, tough year for the frontline staff, and we are thrilled to be able to offer face to face appointments again in selected branches.

It is important for Hume Bank to be able to support the region with our branch services and we continue to take precautions for the well-being of our staff, customers and greater community.
We are following all state government Coronavirus advice, including social distancing and maximum capacity requirements.
A list of participating branches is detailed below and customers can book online through our online appointments which allows you to select the most convenient date and time that best works for the customer, or alternatively you can select phone appointment or video conference as well.
