Hume Bank is owned by its customers; the same people who make communities what they are. Customers benefit from great savings rates, low loan rates and low fees, as well as community partnership discounts.
This week Hume Bank and Regent Cinemas Albury celebrate 10 years in partnership. The long-standing collaboration has rewarded Hume customers, community groups and keen movie-goers for over a decade.
During this time, over 45,000 Hume customers have benefited from the 30% discounted movie day on ‘Hume Thursdays’ at the Regent Cinemas, by showing a Hume card or passbook.
The locally owned family business, Regent Cinemas, has provided an ideal venue and platform for Hume to showcase and host its annual charity movie events. These events are designed to help raise the profile of social matters impacting the local region.
The Charity Movie Events have raised a total of over $25,720 for local grassroots organisations and charities, including Women’s Centre for Health and Wellbeing Albury Wodonga, Older Persons Mental Health Service, Headspace Albury Wodonga, Aspect Riverina School, Wirraminna Environmental Educational Centre, Wodonga Street Harvest and Borneo Oranguatan Survival Australia.|
To celebrate the 10 year milestone a series of events and promotions will be held this year at Regent Cinemas including Hume’s annual charity event, candy bar discounts, family fun days and discounted movie tickets. To kick off, Hume customers will receive $10 movie tickets for 10 days, from Thursday 15 March to Sunday 25 March 2018.
All they need to do is show their Hume card or passbook at the ticket office.
