How to use Osko
Osko by BPAY is a digital service to be offered through Hume’s online banking platforms (App and iBank). This means the service will be easy to access alongside customers existing banking service.

PayID is a component of the NPP that enables users to create an easy-to-remember PayID - like your mobile phone number, email address or ABN that you register and link to your Hume account to receive payments.
PayID makes payments an intuitive experience in keeping with the way we live life today, and does it in a way that is safe and secure. It will also give you greater peace of mind as you will no longer have to provide their financial account information, such as BSB and account number to Payers in order to receive payments.
After a customer creates a PayID, they can tell people to make payments to it instead of giving out their financial account details. Once the New Payments Platform becomes available, Hume customers will be able to create a PayID through Hume.
