Your External Account Number can be found,
- In iBank under your Account information tab,

- In Hume's App under Account details,

- Account information panel on your Account statement,

Waiting on a payment?
Customers who are waiting on a payment may need to update their current payer details.
When providing your account details for a payment to your account, it is important to only provide your PayID or your External Account Number.
Do NOT provide an account number containing an "S or a "5" as a substitute or else future payments will fail.
