You don't need to activate your Hume Bank Cashcard, it is ready to go.

To activate contactless payments, you will need to insert your card into the terminal for your first purchase, using either your newly set or current PIN.

Setting a PIN.

Setting a PIN is easy via Hume Bank's App or iBank by using the instructions above, or by simply calling our Contact Centre. If online is not your style, don't worry your PIN will arrive in the mail within seven working days.

Please get in touch with us on 1300 004 863 and let us know if this doesn’t happen. If this card is replacing an expired or damaged card, continue using your current PIN.
