Scheduled maintenance – Wednesday, 20 May 2026

Scheduled maintenance will take place on Wednesday, 20 May from 10:00pm – 2:00am AEST as we complete important system updates behind the scenes.

During this time, iBank, the Hume Bank App and phone banking services will be temporarily unavailable. Some members may also experience intermittent issues with card payments while the update is underway.

These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining secure, reliable banking services and improving the experience for our members.

If you’re planning to make payments, transfers or access your accounts during this period, we recommend completing any important banking activities before maintenance begins where possible.

We understand interruptions like this can be inconvenient, especially for members who rely on digital banking services outside business hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our teams complete this essential work as quickly and safely as possible.

Once maintenance is complete, all services will return as normal.
