Scheduled Systems Improvements – Friday 19 August 2022

We’re making improvements to our systems from 8:00pm on Friday, 19 August 2022. Normal services will resume Saturday, 20 August 2022. During this time, customers won’t be able to access the following services:

  • iBank
  • Hume Bank App
  • Hume Connect phone banking
  • Things like transfers, card management and viewing your balance or account online won’t be available.

Customers may also experience issues using their cards to make payments, withdrawing cash and accessing balance enquiries.

If you have any questions, our Contact Centre team is available on 1300 004 863 from 8am – 5:45pm AEST Monday – Friday, and 9:30am – 12pm AEST Saturday.
