Scheduled Systems Improvements Friday 5 and Sunday 7 August 2022

We’re making improvements to our systems on Friday, 5 August from 10:00pm AEDT for up to two hours and on Sunday, 7 August from 2:00am AEDT for up to four hours.

Friday, 5 August 2022 – 10:00pm to 12:00am

What you need to know

  • Our customers won’t be able to access online banking (iBank) or our Hume Bank App during this time. This means things like transfers, card management and viewing your statements online won’t be available.
  • You can still use your card; however you may experience delays with payments and balance enquiries.

Sunday, 7 August 2022 – 2:00am to 6:00am

What you need to know

  • Our customers with Cashcards won’t be able to use their card to make payments during this time.
  • Our customers with Visa Debit and Credit Cards may have issues when using their card to make payments in person or online.
  • Our ATMs may experience issues.
  • If you usually use your card during this time, we’d suggest making sure you have some cash on hand or making other payment arrangements before the outage begins.
  • Our App and iBank services will be unaffected, with Osko payments available.
