Scheduled systems improvements

We’re making improvements to our systems from 8pm on Friday, 2 June 2023. Normal services will resume Saturday, 3 June 2023.

During this time, you won’t be able to access the following services:

  • iBank
  • Hume Bank App
  • Hume Connect phone banking

Things like transfers, card management and viewing your balance or account online won’t be available.

You may also experience issues using your card to make payments, withdrawing cash, and accessing balance enquiries.

If you have any questions or for any other inquiries, our team is available on 1300 004 863 from 8am to 5:45pm weekdays, and 9:30am to 12pm Saturdays.
