We’re updating our Fees and Charges

At Hume Bank, we’re committed to keeping our products and services fair, transparent and sustainable. To continue delivering the level of service you expect, we’re making some updates to our Fees and Charges, effective from 3 March 2026.

Why we’re making these changes

From time to time, we review our fees to ensure they reflect the true cost of providing services and the ways our customers are using them. These updates help us:

  • Keep fees simple and easy to understand
  • Ensure fair cost recovery where services have higher delivery costs
  • Support ongoing investment in better banking services

What’s changing

  • Simplified structure: Some fees have been combined or removed to make things easier to follow.
  • Updated terms: Certain descriptions and conditions have been clarified for transparency.
  • Adjusted fees: A small number of fees have been updated to reflect the cost of providing these services.
