Click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the iBank login page and follow the prompts. This service is available 24/7 for those who are registered for SMS authentication.

Make sure you have your mobile phone ready, we’ll run through some security questions, and then we’ll help you reset your password.

To keep your accounts and information secure, we’ll need to verify your identity in branch or over the phone on 1300 004 863. We can then reset your password and enable SMS authentication. SMS authentication will mean you can easily reset your password yourself.
