1. Hume Bank Home Sweet Home Golden Ticket Giveaway (Competition) commences at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday February 19 and closes at 5:59pm AEST on Saturday, 01 March 2025 (Competition Period). Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Hume Bank Limited ABN 85 051 868 556 (Hume Bank) of 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640, Phone 1300 004 863.
3. The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants*. An eligible entrant is a person who:
   • Attended the Home Sweet Loan event in person at 76 Reid St, Wangaratta VIC 3677 on 01 March 2025
   • Is 18 years of age or older
   • Does not have a current active Hume Bank home loan product
   • Submitted an enquiry in person for a Hume Bank home loan
   • Is not any of the following: Directors, management, and employees of Hume Bank.
4. A customer will receive one entry into the draw for each enquiry that meets the eligibility criteria specified in (3).

   Each eligible entrant is automatically entered into the Competition draw for the prize (Competition Prize).

5. The total maximum Competition Prize pool is $1,000.
6. The TWO (2) winners will each receive a $500 voucher for McPhail’s Furniture 54 Tone Rd, Wangaratta VIC 3677. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. The Prize will be drawn at 2.00pm AEST at the offices of Hume Bank at 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640 on Thursday, 6 March 2025. The recipients of the Prizes will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entrants that comply with the criteria specified in (3).
8. The winners will be notified by email or telephone, and the winners’ names will be published on humebank.com.au
9. The Prize will be made available to the Winner by collection from the Hume Bank Wangaratta branch 76 Reid St, Wangaratta VIC 3677 no later than 28 days after the relevant draw date for the Prize.
10. Subject to these terms and conditions, Hume Bank shall determine all questions and issues relating to a person’s eligibility to enter the Competition, and/or to obtain the Prize, in its absolute discretion, and no correspondence shall be entered into relating to any determination made.
11. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, Hume Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any requirements of law. Hume Bank reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
12. Hume Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained arising directly or indirectly from the Competition or in connection with any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. All entries in the Competition become the property of Hume Bank. If you win the Prize, it is a condition of your acceptance of the Prize that you agree that Hume Bank may publish your name as the winning entrant in any media.
