Eligibility Criteria

1. To qualify for the refinancing cost coverage, customers must meet the following criteria:

a. The Promotion is available to new Hume Bank lending customers located within the following postcode locations: 2640 2641 2642 2643 2644 2645 2646 2647 2650 2651 2652 2656 2658 2659 2660 2661 2678 2700 3675 3676 3677 3678 3682 3683 3685 3687 3688 3689 3690 3691 3694 3695 3700 3701 3704 3705 3707 3708 3709 3723 3732 3733 3735 3746 3747 3749.
b. Meets the responsible lending criteria and passes all Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
c. Customer refinances an existing home loan from another financial institution to Hume Bank. The new Hume Bank loan term must be no longer than the remaining term of the refinanced loan unless otherwise approved.
d. Applications must be received between 1 May 2025 and 30 June 2025 and settle by 30 September 2025 unless the offer is amended or withdrawn earlier
e. The refinanced home loan amount must be $200,000 or more.
f. The loan must be for owner-occupied or investment purposes (excluding construction and bridging loans).
g. The new home loan repayments must be repaid via periodical payment from a Hume Bank transaction account.
h. Available for retail customers and property investors only.

2. Reimbursement ($2,000)

a. Hume Bank will reimburse eligible customers a total value of $2,000 (maximum) to cover refinance-related costs that will be incurred by the customer as part of the refinancing process. One reimbursement per property security only.
b. Reimbursement will be credited directly to the customer’s nominated Hume Bank transaction account within 30 days of home loan settlement.
c. Any additional expenses beyond the $2,000 maximum will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Additional Terms

a. Hume Bank reserves the right to verify costs and reject reimbursements deemed ineligible.
b. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
c. Hume Bank may amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
